Junior Legal Counsel M H/F Ekkiden

The role : Junior Legal Counsel (M/F/X)

Your Responsibilities:

- Work on a broad range of legal matters in close cooperation with internal teams based in Spain, France, Switzerland and Germany
- Review and verify legal documentation provided by customers and subcontractors
- Draft and renew commercial agreements, as well as update our internal databases
- Support the review of commercial and corporate agreements
- Contribute to the drafting, updating and management of internal legal policies
- Contribute to legal research on various topics in order to support other departments and monitor legal developments impacting the business
- Support the development and monitoring of GDPR compliance
- Contribute to the deployment and follow-up of the Group's CSR action plan
- Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the Legal Department, including assistance in the preparation of presentations and training materials
- Translate and harmonize legal documents (agreements, internal legal policies) in several languages

What we are looking for:

- A candidate who holds a Master's degree in Law
- A candidate with 1-2 years of professional experience within the Legal Department of a company, ideally in an international environment
- Fluency in both English and French is required; Spanish and/or German would be a plus
- A proactive, reliable and solution-oriented legal professional
- Someone comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic and demanding international environment
- A well-organized and detail-oriented profile, with strong analytical and communication skills
- A candidate able to interact effectively with external partners
