CONTEXT:
As a member of the Commercial Animation team, reporting directly to one of our four E-commerce Project Managers, you will play a pivotal role in driving ManoMano's growth by activating our commercial animation strategy across all markets. Collaborating closely with various internal teams-including Studio, CRM, Affiliation, Media, Acquisition, Sellers' Partnerships, and Product-you will learn how to build, activate, and measure the business impact of our couponing commercial operations.

MAIN MISSIONS:
- Support Commercial Calendar Operations: You will coordinate teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial operations from brief to launch, with a focus on campaigns leveraging coupons as a key performance driver. This includes guiding our Studio in creating customer messaging and creative assets, developing comprehensive marketing activation plans, and coordinating all teams involved (CRM, affiliation, media, sales, etc.), to facilitate a successful operational launch and execution.
- Performance Analysis and Improvement: You will analyze the performance of commercial operations and generate detailed reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Data departments to define and implement actionable improvement plans.
- Continuous Improvement of Commercial Animations: You will challenge existing internal processes to identify opportunities for enhancement. Furthermore, you will benchmark best practices in commercial animation and provide comprehensive market insights for all ManoMano countries.
PROFILE:
- Educational Background: Looking for an internship as part of an M1 or M2 degree course in Business, Digital Marketing or Data.
- Passion for E-commerce: A keen interest in e-commerce and a strong aspiration to launch your career in a digital, e-commerce, and international setting. Previous experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
- Skills: Autonomous and adaptable, with strong analytical, and organizational skills. Thrive in fast-changing environments, with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven, business-oriented mindset.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and French, with excellent verbal communication skills.
START DATE: From early March for a duration of 6 months
