missions :
Position overview
As Global Consumer Channel Director you will be a key driver of our global commercial strategy, you will shape the future of consumer channels and directly contribute to the company's international expansion.
You will have the responsibility of defining, executing, and monitoring the global consumer channel strategy and associated business plan. You will establish the vision and ambition of the consumer channel organization in alignment with the Executive Leadership Team.
Your role will be pivotal in delivering revenue through consumer channels, leading marketing, commercial, and operational initiatives, while developing new growth corridors.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global consumer channel strategy: Build the 5-year vision, 3-year strategy, and annual plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collect and analyze market data: Identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Optimize commercial performance: Monitor KPIs (market share, category evolution, advertising ROI) and implement corrective actions.
- Expand presence on marketplaces and retail: Accelerate market penetration and strengthen product visibility.
- Manage global agencies and local teams: Ensure consistency and effective communication across regions.
- Lead and develop an international team: Manage 5 team members based at HQ in Libourne, fostering engagement and growth.
- Coordinate with support functions (Finance, HR, Operations): Ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow implementation.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation: Integrate best practices in digital advertising and e-commerce.
Your
profile :
Key Requirements
- Master's in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in consumer channel roles (sales, category management) within multinational or complex environments.
- Proven experience managing virtual teams
- Strategic vision and leadership: Ability to define and execute a global strategy.
- Consumer channel expertise: Retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, with proven experience on Amazon.
- Digital marketing and growth levers mastery: Online advertising, data analytics, category management.
- Commercial and negotiation skills: Influence, closing, strategic partnerships management.
- Financial acumen and performance management: P&L analysis, KPI monitoring.
Required Soft Skills
- Inspirational leadership: Ability to unite and motivate multicultural and virtual teams.
- Impactful communication: Strong influencing and presentation skills at senior leadership level.

Languages
- Fluent English (mandatory), French is a plus.
Location
- On-site presence at Ceva's Libourne (near Bordeaux) Headquarters.
- Up to 20% international travel, depending on business needs.
