Accounts Payable Accountant M H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant for a client specialized in the digital and entertainment industry, located in Luxembourg.

You will join an international finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, complete, and timely payment processing worldwide.

Your missions:

- Monitor invoice reception through the internal application system
- ???????Prepare and process payments by currency
- Ensure payments are successfully executed and not blocked or frozen by banks
- Guarantee zero missing or delayed payments, with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
- Reprocess bounced back payments and manage off-cycle payments
- Validate payments and ensure their accuracy
- Manage a high volume of worldwide queries in a structured and methodical way
- Participate in closing activities, including:
- Intercompany payment processing
- Month-end closing duties
- Audit monitoring
- Ledger review and reconciliation
- Handle ad-hoc and critical processes when required
- ???????Work with various accounting tools and systems in a digital environment
- Use Office tools extensively, especially Excel
Your profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Supplier Accounting
- ???????Strong accounting knowledge and ability to work autonomously
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken (bilingual is a strong plus)
- Comfortable in an international and fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and high volumes of operations
- Advanced Excel skills and good digital agility
- Reliable, rigorous, and able to take ownership of your scope
