Senior IT Business Controller M - F H/F CMA CGM

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Department, you will work within the Business Control division and under the functional responsibility of the Global DSI & Transformation Department.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Ensuring the follow up and monitoring of the IT cost base on a dedicated perimeter

- Establishing monthly consolidated reports of the IT costs for the shipping business unit
- Ensuring the intercompany recharging of the IT costs towards the subsidiaries
- Participating in the implementation of the budget and Forecast exercises in collaboration with the IT teams
- Carrying out ad hoc studies in response to requests from various Group departments (Finance & IT Department)
- Checking and validating the purchase requests of the IT department in accordance with the budget
- Preparing the investment committee dossiers notably the analysis of the project ROI in collaboration with the IT teams
- Interfacing with other Finance departments on recurring activities and ad 'hoc requests

2. Transformation and continuous improvement

- Contributing to the optimization and automation of the monthly closing processes
- Contributing to the improvement of the IT analytical structure and the digitalization of the reporting
- Working with the subsidiaries of the group on harmonized and standardized IT reports

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Master's degree in finance or engineering with strong financial skills
- Confirmed experience of roughly 10 years in a similar role, or in Audit
- Comfortable with computer tools, data processing, and reporting tools
- Excellent command of IT tools: Excel, SAP, BI, Power Point, Onestream, Sharepoint
- Good level of English
- Rigorous, organized, dynamic and autonomous
- Team spirit, communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and confirmed experience in transformation topics in an international environment
