Les missions du poste
You will be part of the CIO Office, which defines and executes the Group's IT strategy, manages major cross-functional projects, and ensures strategic alignment between IT and business needs. This apprenticeship offers a high-impact role, giving you exposure to key IT transformation initiatives and real-world experience in IT strategy & change enablement.
Join Air France KLM's CIO Office and contribute to the Group's IT transformation. This apprenticeship offers an opportunity to work on IT Strategy & Change Management, helping IT teams connect with and embrace the Group's IT vision, strategy, and transformation goals.
1. Align IT Teams with the IT Vision & Strategy
Support the deployment of the IT vision and strategic priorities.
Develop content to enhance alignment and understanding across IT teams.
Engagement and adoption of IT strategy initiatives.
2. Support Key IT Initiatives & Change Management
Improve visibility and understanding of key IT transformation initiatives.
Create materials to simplify complex topics and drive engagement.
Collect feedback to enhance adoption and communication effectiveness.
3. Drive IT Employee Engagement & Events
Organize and support major IT Group events.
Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement with IT strategy.
Le profil recherché
Soft skills
You are resourceful and adaptable, able to simplify complex topics and manage multiple tasks at once. Comfortable interacting with both technical experts and IT executives, you communicate clearly and structure messages effectively. Proactive and eager to contribute, you bring ideas and take initiative.
Hard skills
You have a good understanding of IT organizations, strategy, and transformation. You are interested in digital innovation and IT transformation. You are comfortable creating structured content (text, presentations, visuals) and have an eye for clarity and engagement. Experience in event coordination or content creation is a plus.

- Anglais (4 - Confirmé / C1)
