Mergers & Acquisitions M&A Operations Intern H/F SUEZ

VOTRE MISSION

Integrated into the mergers and acquisitions team, the intern will have the following main missions:

- Direct participation in the Group's financial operations (acquisitions, disposals, transversal operations) in an international context;
- Valuation and financial modeling work;
- Preparation of financial and strategic analyzes for the Group's various committees or decision-making bodies;
- Support for the negotiation and structuring of industrial investment projects in development zones;
- Monitoring the market and active players in the fields of water, sanitation and waste;
- Provide support in structuring the M&A team.

VOTRE PROFIL

- Higher education: business school, engineering or university (gap, end-of-studies internship after a first experience);
- Mastery of financial modeling and company valuation methods (previous experience in investment banking or funds is preferred);
- Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, hard work, ability to work in a team;
- Fluent French and English essential;
- Remote work position: SUEZ maintains a balance between professional and private life, this position is open to remote work.
