What You'll Do
- Data insights and analysis - Manage post-campaign reporting and insights for all Online Food Delivery (OFD) advertisers across the assigned book of business
- Deliver regular and bespoke analyses and insights for some of the world's largest advertisers to drive growth across advertiser KPIs and help them grow their businesses with Uber
- Exhibit deep analytical ability, and develop great expertise in Uber's proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyze and communicate data-driven insights to our advertisers
- Advocate for country and regional needs - Establish a deep understanding of the local needs and nuances by partnering with local Account Executives, Account Managers, and Merchant Operations teams
- You'll be mapped to high-priority and high-revenue-driving clients, delivering white-glove service
- Scale, document, and communicate your work to enable automation or analysts in other regions/countries to leverage your reports/dashboards
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, operational research, or a similar quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing/advertising analytics, or measurement & insights
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple reporting and analysis requests simultaneously
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in agency, consulting, or ad tech environments
- Experience working in the OFD industry in measurement or other applicable functions
- Experience with omnichannel or digital advertising measurement, attribution, and ROI reporting
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Intermediate skills in data analysis with Python
