MISSIONS

- Payments (on-line banking system)
- Booking of invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Customer statements reconciliations
- Vendor statements reconciliations

Weekly / Monthly activities:

- Check revenue automatic flows to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Check the completeness and accuracy of expenses bookings
- Reconcile re-invoicing expenses / income
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Check and follow-up on employees travel expenses

Quarterly activities:

- Liaise with Monegasque accountants for Tax, VAT, Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation
- Closing activities - accruals / prepayments / revaluation of balances
- Support the team to meet the closing deadlines
- Analytical review

Yearly activities:

- Liaise with Monegasque accountants for the preparation of Monegasque Financial Statements
- See through the audit of the financial statements of the Monegasque entity

ADDITIONAL

Collect and provide supporting documents for year-end audits.
