Your key missions:

- Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Provide coaching and support for Product Owners and Product Managers to drive mindset shifts and promote continuous improvement.
- Protect squads by identifying and addressing obstacles, working with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensuring squads have the resources they need.
- Coach squads to embrace Agile principles, values, and practices, including self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging squads to reflect on processes, adopt best practices, and drive innovation.

- You have strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to change, and team-building skills to foster a collaborative culture.
- You are knowledgeable about the Scrum framework, including its principles, roles, and artifacts, and hold a relevant certification.
