Our client, a fast-growing company in the fintech sector, is looking for a Ruby Developer to strengthen its tech team and contribute to developing secure and innovative payment platforms.

Your Mission:

As a Ruby Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building high-performance, scalable web applications. Your responsibilities include:

- Developing robust and secure backend applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Designing APIs and services to support mobile and web applications.
- Ensuring code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best development practices.
- Working closely with product and design teams to deliver innovative features.
- Optimizing performance and scalability for high-traffic environments.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends in Ruby development and fintech technologies.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
- Interest in fintech and digital payment solutions.
