YOUR FUTURE POSITION

Within the Group Marketing Department, you will report to a Brand Manager responsible for the global strategy and communication of one of our core brands-Kiri®, The Laughing Cow®, or Boursin®-for its international development. After a training period on our tools and methods, you will quickly take on full responsibility for all tasks related to Brand Equity Management.
There are 3 positions available.

YOUR MISSIONSINTERNATIONAL BRAND MANAGEMENT

- Supporting the deployment of the brand strategy (communication, digital, CSR, etc.)
- Actively participating in key steps of developing communication campaigns alongside our agency partners (communication, media, digital, etc.)
- Developing packaging designs and visual identity guidelines (brand book, brand universe)
- Defining and coordinating the brand's culinary strategy
- Following up on local adaptations with various countries

DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY

- Assisting in the strategic thinking and supporting the deployment of the brand's digital strategy (communication platforms, global activations)
- Contributing to the development of central strategic guidelines (influencer strategies, conversations, trending topics, media, etc.)
- Monitoring the development of digital campaigns with external and internal partners (regulation, nutrition, CSR, etc.)
- Supporting countries in implementing the digital strategy and monitoring performance

BRAND HIGHLIGHT DEVELOPMENT (e.g., Back to School Campaigns)

- Developing themes with the communication agency
- Creating limited edition packaging, POS materials, and digital communication assets with agencies and partner countries
- Coordinating and overseeing implementation with internal partners (factory, graphic chain, purchasing, legal, etc.)

ANALYSIS

- Performance analysis and reporting (business, communication campaigns, activations, digital, etc.)
- Competitive monitoring, inspiration tracking on culinary trends, analysis of new markets

YOUR PROFILE

You are a gap-year or final-year student with previous successful experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally in the retail sector.
You speak fluent English. You are recognized for your rigor and organizational skills, have excellent interpersonal skills, take initiative, and are truly passionate about teamwork. You are proficient with IT tools and have a strong marketing sensibility.
