About the role:

As a Cyber Security Engineer you will play a critical role in safeguarding our assets and ensuring the integrity of our tech-enabled music group. This position requires a unique blend ofexpertisein defensive security operations and a proactive, hacker-like mindset toanticipateand mitigate threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance our ActiveDefenses,using advanced tools and methodologies tomonitor, analyze, and respond to potential security threats.

- Lead proactive threat hunting initiatives toidentifyand address threats.

- Respondto security incidents, minimizingimpactand coordinating recovery efforts.

- Participate in purple team exercises to bridge the gap between offensive and defensive security strategies.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our security practices and policies, ensuring they align with industry standards and our company's agilemethodology.
