Strategy And M&A Intern - 6 Months M H/F Deezer

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Strategy and M&A team under the guidance of Deezer's Chief Strategy Officer.

As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with a team composed of 3 people coming from diverse backgrounds, including consulting and M&A, gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic and rapidly evolving music streaming industry.

This role offers exposure to critical strategic initiatives and the chance to contribute to the company's growth.

This is a 6-month internship starting in January 2026.

What you will do:

- Market Research:Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the music streaming and entertainment industry
- Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the team to develop and refine corporate strategies, including market entry, growth, and expansion plans
- Presentations:Prepare and contribute to presentations for senior leadership, summarising findings, recommendations, and insights
- Due Diligence:Assist in conducting due diligence on potential M&A targets, including financial analysis, market positioning, and risk assessment
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with teams across the organization, including finance, legal, and product, to support the execution of strategic initiatives
