This is a permanent position - based in Paris
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Campaign Manager to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive pipeline creation, market growth, and revenue impact across Deepki's key markets. You will play a pivotal role within the Marketing team, orchestrating our go-to-market efforts and contributing to Deepki's mission to accelerate the real estate sector's transition to net-zero.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, plan, and manage end-to-end, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (e.g, account-based strategy, content-led initiatives, industry-focused programs) tailored to priority personas and accounts.
- Ensure every campaign is aligned with Deepki's strategic and commercial objectives and designed to deliver measurable business impact.
- Translate campaign plans into structured project workflows with clear tasks, owners, priorities, and deadlines to guarantee smooth execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Product Marketing, Market Ops, Regional Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive execution across web, media, email, and event channels.
- Partner with Sales to ensure campaign-generated leads are relevant, well-qualified, and seamlessly handed over for follow-up, strengthening the marketing-to-sales pipeline.
Performance, Budget, & Optimization
- Take full accountability for campaign performance, using ongoing analysis and budget optimisation to maximise pipeline creation, improve lead quality, and drive ROI.
- Monitor KPIs and benchmarks across all campaigns, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions and continuous optimization plans.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation across creative, messaging, targeting, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
Profile:
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management and ABM, preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Communication & Alignment: clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Content, etc.), proactively managing expectations and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on campaign goals, progress, and outcomes
- Attention to Detail: Maintaining a highly organized and meticulous approach to campaign management, handling multiple, complex timelines and budgets.
- MarTech Proficiency: Comfortable using key tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Analytical: analytical skills & comfortable with data interpretation, A/B testing
- Sustainability Interest: an interest in Sustainability challenges and how they intersect with the commercial real estate industry (training is provided).
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; French is a plus.
