Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in logistics operations or customer service within freight forwarding or supply chain.
Strong understanding of air, sea, and transit transport logistics, including customs clearance.

Preferred Skills
Proficiency in SPOT (TMS), Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
