Senior Site Superintendent Thaïland H/F Bouygues Construction

Based in Thailand, and reporting to Project Directors, you will be responsible for the full supervision of onsite construction activities. You will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your scope includes structural works, architectural trades, and M&E packages.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Overseeing all site activities on the company's projects, ensuring alignment between construction methods, equipment procurement, resource allocation, technical requirements, and budget constraints.
- Managing and supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and site supervision teams: defining objectives, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to the project schedule, quality control, and safety standards.
- Collaborating with Project Directors to build and manage project teams, coordinate internal transfers, define the execution organization chart, and anticipate needs related to project developments.
- Actively contributing to project preparation at least six months before commencement: assessing site conditions, defining construction methods, and identifying necessary resources (materials, workforce, equipment) to ensure effective earlystage planning.
- Working closely with the design team to select construction methods that enhance feasibility, efficiency, and safety.
- Managing operational budgets, implementing costsaving strategies, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to maintain financial performance.
- Overseeing inhouse production and integrated subcontractor activities, especially on complex or largescale job sites.
- Acting as the primary liaison with the client on site, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and prompt issue resolution.
- Supporting the tendering process by providing insights on manpower planning, construction methodologies, and site execution strategies.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and addressing any deviations immediately.
- Managing and mentoring the site supervision teams to support performance improvement and professional development.
- Identifying training needs and developing dedicated programs to strengthen technical and managerial skills across teams.
- Ensuring strict adherence to the company's Health & Safety working practices at all times.
- Representing the Group's values and upholding its policies in Safety, Sustainability, Ethics, and Human Rights.
- Training and supporting the development of local supervisors and site teams.

What if it's you?

- You hold a certificate or diploma related to construction, ideally supported by recognized technical training. You have at least 15 years of experience in construction, including significant exposure to managing complex job sites as a Senior Site Superintendent.
- You possess strong technical knowledge of construction methods, including MEP and ABWF (Architectural Builder's Works and Finishes), as well as expertise in safety, equipment, and multidisciplinary coordination. Industryrecognized qualifications such as TCP T1 or Safety Supervisor Certificates would be a plus.
- You demonstrate proficiency with projectrelated software tools, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
- You are capable of sharing knowledge and transferring skills effectively within your teams.
- You are recognized for your problemsolving abilities, your sense of priority, your rigor, and your ability to meet project milestones.
- Your interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and leadership enable you to mobilize teams and navigate operational challenges.
- You are able to adapt to local cultures with patience, respect, and openness.
