Change Planning And Delivery Specialist H/F Malt

- Lead specific workstreams end-to-end affecting the commercial organization, such as migration to new pricing or rules of engagement.
- Ensure all new rules and processes are documented clearly and kept up-to-date within our internal knowledge base.
- Organize and animate Steering Committees (Steercos) to provide stakeholders with insights and pros/cons for informed decision-making.
- Monitor compliance with new processes and gather feedback from Individual Contributors (ICs) to identify and resolve friction points.
- Identify bottlenecks in the commercial organization and implement practical solutions to "fix the friction".
- Draft clear and error-free updates regarding process changes for all impacted teams.
- Support individuals through transitions to minimize the "noise" of change and ensure high adoption rates.

About you

- High-level education, ideally in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on project management or change management, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluent English is mandatory, as this role requires aligning change initiatives across the entire Malt organization.
- Strong command of project management methodologies to track milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to gather feedback and address resistance from the field quickly.
