As the Leather Goods Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the collection merchandising of our leathergoods products (Bags, SLG, Belts & Luggage). In this role, you will work closely with Design, Product development teams and Sales Merchandising to define the offer and develop new products. You will report to the Director of Leathergoods & Accessories.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Overseeing the End to End management of the LG collections: Brief to design, definition of the offer, Product development follow up, product positioning and pricing.
- Running competitors analysis regarding offer and pricing.
- Managing the leathergoods portfolio in close collaboration with sales merchandising: range analysis, pricing re-evaluation, discontinuation.
- Creating and developing all internal communication tools for the markets (training materials, go-to-market documents).
- Cooperating with Marketing and Merchandising regarding LG communication assets.

YOU'LL HAVE...

- 8+ years of relevant experience in collection merchandising in the luxury leathergoods industry.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all hierarchic levels, team player.
- Strong international mindset and intercultural sensitivity.
- Fluent in English and good Italian or French language skills needed.

QU'ATTENDONS-NOUS DE VOUS ?

Rattachée à la Directrice de Collection Maroquinerie & Accessoires, vous superviserez le merchandising de collection pour nos produits de maroquinerie (sacs, petite maroquinerie, ceintures & bagages). Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Design, Développement Produit et Sales Merchandising pour définir l'offre et développer de nouveaux produits. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions vous :

- Supervisez la gestion End-to-End des collections de maroquinerie : brief aux designers, définition de l'offre, suivi du développement produit, positionnement et tarification.
- Réalisez des analyses concurrentielles sur l'offre et les prix.
- Gérez le portefeuille maroquinerie en étroite collaboration avec le Sales Merchandising : analyse de gamme, réévaluation des prix, date de discontinuation.
- Créez et développez tous les outils de communication interne pour les marchés (supports de formation, documents go-to-market).
- Coopérez avec le Marketing et le Merchandising sur la stratégie de communication maroquinerie.

CORRESPONDEZ-VOUS AU PROFIL ?

- Vous possédez une expérience réussie de plus de 8 ans en collection merchandising dans l'industrie de la maroquinerie de luxe.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos solides compétences analytiques et en gestion de projet.
- D'excellentes qualités de communication ; capacité à interagir à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques ; esprit d'équipe.
- Une forte ouverture internationale et une sensibilité interculturelle.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et bonnes compétences en italien ou français.
