As a Software Engineer on this team, you will:

- Engineer our employee affiliation engine: reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
- Simplify payroll and billing: craft tools that HR teams love .
- Build seamless integrations: connect with platforms like Payfit and Workday so things just work.
- Automate workflows at scale: adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries.
- Make billing delightful: ensure invoices are accurate, reliable, and easy to manage.
- Collaborate across teams: partner with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.

Who we're looking for

- We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full-stack experience.
- Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll.
- Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
- Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real-world complexity.
- B2B experience is a plus!
- Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript).
- Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
