Job's place in the organization

Under the responsibility of Purchasing Manager France



Mission

As a Non-Production Buyer, you will collaborate with multiple departments within the company and support them from the needs expression to the monitoring of supplier performance.

You will define purchasing strategies based on the market and internal issues.

You will ensure the application of purchasing procedures and contribute to improving the company's costs and reducing risks.



Tasks and activities

* Gathering internal requirements, drafting specifications, launching calls for tenders, negotiating and drawing up contracts.
* Monitoring of the purchasing dashboard and reporting
* Management of supplier relationships and performance monitoring
* Internal communication on actions taken and agreements put in place
* Analysis of expenditure on the portfolio's purchasing families,
* Execution of cross-functional tasks with other departments within the group.



You will work in a challenging environment and in a Purchasing department seeking to develop its maturity. You will need to be proactive in your approach to issues and strive to strike a balance between quality and cost reduction.
