As part of a multicultural and dynamic team, you will actively contribute to the implementation of high-impact digital transformation projects for our organization and international clients.

What You Will Do and Learn

Mentored by experts, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation projects

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders (clients and internal teams)
- Writing user stories and functional specifications
- Managing development, testing, and UAT phases through to production deployment
- Overseeing change management: production rollout, internal adoption, and post-launch monitoring
- Proposing innovative solutions tailored to operational challenges and employee experience
- Supporting internal teams in adopting new tools and processes

Why This Apprenticeship Is for You

You are:

- Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering, business school, or equivalent, with a specialization in digital transformation or project management
- Ideally with prior experience in coordination, project management, or specification writing
- Comfortable with IT tools and possessing strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Curious, organized, and ready to tackle technical challenges in an innovative environment
- Fluent in English and motivated to evolve in an international context
- Seeking an enriching and formative professional experience

Additional assets:

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Figma
- Knowledge of the maritime sector
- Experience in change management or user adoption
