Technical Skills

· 7+ years of experience in HPC architecture, scientific computing, HPC integration, or large-scale distributed systems.

· Deep understanding of:

o HPC schedulers and orchestration (Slurm, PBS, Kubernetes)

o High-speed interconnects (InfiniBand, Ethernet), MPI, and parallel computing

o Linux systems engineering and cluster networking

o Python for scientific workflows and automation

o Accelerator design and integration (GPUs, AI accelerators, FPGAs)

· Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, hybrid workflows, or quantum SDKs (a strong plus).

Architecture & Customer-Facing Skills

· Proven experience designing end-to-end HPC or hybrid architectures for enterprise or research environments.

· Ability to engage at both high-level architectural strategy and deep technical implementation detail.

· Experience leading:

o Workload assessments

o Architecture design sessions

o Technical workshops

o POCs and performance benchmarks

· Strong technical writing skills (architecture docs, RFP/RFI responses, design proposals).

· Ability to present confidently to technical experts and executive stakeholders.

· Willingness to travel across Europe for workshops, on-site assessments, and deployments.

Soft Skills

· Excellent communication, structure, and clarity-both written and verbal.

· Systems-thinking mindset and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

· Comfortable working autonomously in exploratory or fast-evolving technical contexts.

· Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in parallel.
