Position overview:
Leading the IT Manufacturing & Quality Delivery Team at a corporate level, you will be accountable for the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of IT platform supporting M&Q domains globally.
Working in close collaboration with digital programs leads, you will be responsible for the IT stream of industrial programs ensuring alignment, cost efficiency, and managing the full product lifecycle from setup to decommissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the IT vision with a roadmap, align with technical leaders to ensure coherence, recommend and implement optimizations.
- Ensure delivery, support and service performance: Manage the RUN operations, ensure integration and data flow across applications. Guarantee application availability & performance in line with SLAs, oversee incident management and change & service requests processes. Drive the adoption of IT tools, practice and standards, and manage software's full lifecycle.
- Scale and allocate functional and technical resources to meet budget requirements and SLA commitments, including RUN and on-call coverage. Ensure internal teams and vendors maintain the necessary technical competencies.
- Ensure compliance & quality assurance by adhering to regulatory requirements (GxP/CSV validation...), internal control policies and IS governance (security, sourcing, etc.). Promote best practices, methodologies, and quality standards across the team. Monitor and ensure consistent solution quality and performance.
- Oversee security & Risk Management by implementing security directives from the CISO and IT security teams and integrating patches and updates into the product backlog. Ensure a swift response to security incidents.
Le profil recherché
Key requirements
- Engineering degree in IT or manufacturing
- 10-years' experience in IT M&Q (Pharmaceutical or related field)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and robust application design
- Strong functional knowledge of M&Q applications (ERP, MES, OEE, IPC, CMMS, QMS,) and pharmaceutical production laboratory equipment.
- Experience coordinating global teams and managing resource allocation across build, RUN, and evolution phases
- Proficient in English both written and verbal

- Up to 20% domestic and international travel, depending on business needs
