Automating data extraction and updates to ensure continuous synchronization between project sources and the library.

Exploring artificial intelligence solutions to improve database management, data analysis, and search processes.

Supporting data governance processes, including defining versioning rules, user roles, and data validation workflows.

Collaborating with engineering, tender, project, and IT teams to align the library structure with operational and business needs.

Developing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor library usage, contribution trends, and data quality.

Documenting and training key users on data structuring principles and repository management best practices.
