Context and environnement :

These projects are part of Bostik's broader AI transformation strategy, aimed at supporting sales, customer service, and technical support teams.

The intern will operate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, collaborating with international teams across multiple regions to deliver impactful digital solutions.

The intern will support two strategic projects:

1. Development of AI-powered chatbots to enhance customer and sales experience
2. Deployment of training platform, including content structuring, coordination with countries, and launch support

Main tasks:

- Creation and management of IA chatbot
- Countries onboarding
- Coordination with global and local teams
- Project planning and deliverable tracking
- Creation of support materials
- Benchmarking and research on AI solutions

Accountabilities :

- Timely delivery and quality of outputs
- Clear communication with stakeholders
- Proactive input on tools and content
- Confidentiality and accuracy in data handling

Profil Recherché

Master's level (Bac +4 / Bac +5) - Business school, communication, digital marketing, or engineering with interest in digital tools

Strong interest in AI and digital tools

Hard skills : Fluent in English (written and spoken), proficient in PowerPoint, Excel,collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) and customer communication

Soft skills : Team spirit, autonomy, and curiosity
