Indirect Buyer Officer - Procurement Officer H/F Les Colettes

We are looking for an Ingredients Buyer Officer to support the strategic direction of ingredients procurement. You will lead procurement activities, manage suppliers and contracts, and ensure supply continuity and quality, in alignment with the company's global procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the definition and execution of the ingredients procurement strategy.
- Lead procurement activities including category management, strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
- Ensure contract coverage aligns with consumption to maintain production continuity.
- Collaborate with central and local teams to meet targets in cost savings, quality, and process excellence.
- Consolidate and analyze data required for tenders, monitor RFQ/RFP schedules, and support supplier selection.
- Identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities, including issuing RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain accurate supplier master data and internal procurement databases.
