A Day in the Life
You will join the 12person Global Public Affairs Team in Clichy, reporting to the Public Affairs Director. In this hands-on internship you will support L'Oréal Groupe's engagement with international institutions and cross-functional stakeholders while building core public affairs skills.
- Policy & content: prepare briefs, talking points, speeches and presentations; draft minutes and policy summaries.
- Research & analysis: desk research, legal trends monitoring, economic and geopolitical analysis to inform influence strategies.
- Stakeholder mapping & cooperation: map institutions, trade associations and events; support stakeholder outreach and liaison.
- High-level engagements and project support : assist in planning and running events with key foreign public officials, prepare briefings for these meetings and for advocacy campaigns; support internal coordination with Corporate Affairs, Ethics, CSR, Divisions and Zones

We Are Looking For
You are curious, methodical and eager to learn about policy influence at scale. Ideal profile:
- Current master's student in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Public Policy or equivalent (advanced undergrad considered).
- Fluent English and French (written & oral, C1 level required).
- Core skills: Public Affairs Literacy; Stakeholder Management; Written Messaging & Briefing; Research & Geopolitical Analysis; Event & Project Planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident PowerPoint/Office ability.
