As our Product Manager, you are responsible for innovation, development, and coordination of our New Product Developments.
You will lead the development and growth of one of the Brand's iconic franchises: from concept to execution, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and commercial impact across all touchpoints.

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the development of a strong and ambitious plan for the franchise. You will oversee the growth from product development in collaboration with support teams to managing of the 360 marketing launch campaign with all stakeholders.

YOUR MAIN FOCUS:

- Contribute to the elaboration of a strong 3Y Innovation Plan with new product innovations infused with brand DNA, based on consumer insights and in line with market trends / regional particularities.

- Design, develop and coordinate 360 marketing campaigns and their activations in collaboration with internal expert functions/ teams and external stakeholders.

- Manage allocated budget, cost tracking, and profitability of product lines

- Collaborate with the fashion house to ensure alignment on strategy, product and campaign development.

- Ensure desirability, excellence & creativity are infused in all products, communication deployment & executions.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT:

- Min of Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or similar.

- 3+ years of marketing experience, including a significant experience in development and marketing of fragrances.

- Fluent in English.

- Passionate about fragrances and beauty.

- Rigorous and hands-on - able to work in full autonomy.

- Creative thinker, reliable team player, brave speaker.

- Daily drive, motivation and positive energy.
