Marketing Coordinator Intern H/F Didomi

Didomi is looking for a Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our team in Paris. This internship is a unique opportunity to contribute to global marketing initiatives in a fast-growing scale-up. Didomi recently raised €72M in funding and expanded its presence by acquiring Addingwell and Sourcepoint. As part of our marketing team of 9 people, you will support a wide variety of projects, helping us develop new programs and strengthen existing ones to drive visibility and revenue across Europe and North America. You will be working in an international environment, where fluency in English is essential and proficiency in French is highly appreciated. You will be reporting directly to a Marketing Manager and working very closely with the different team members.
Your Responsibilities will be as below:
Customer & Partner Marketing

- Support the creation of customer and partner testimonials for Didomi and Addingwell, including interviews, drafting, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Respond to client reviews on G2 and run quarterly campaigns to increase the number of collected reviews.
- Manage gifting campaigns (Christmas, thank you gift) for our customers and partners

Events & Webinars

- Assist with the promotion and organization of webinars: manage email invitations, set up landing pages in Livestorm, and schedule social posts.
- Supervise our branded goodies inventory in the Paris office and coordinate logistics for events.
- Create and manage email signature campaigns (Signitic) to promote events and corporate announcements.

Digital Marketing

- Prepare content assets such as landing pages and ad copy in collaboration with the Digital team.
- Help with translations using internal prompts and coordinate proofreading requests.
- Upload and manage content in our CMS (Webflow).

Requirements

- Fluent level in English.
- Proficient in French is a plus.
- Based in Paris, France.
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing or a related field.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Hubspot, Webflow, Livestorm, or Eventbrite.
- Interest in event marketing, customer advocacy and partner activtation.
- Basic design skills (Canva).
