As Head of Engineered Material Global Product Management, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning business needs with customer expectations. You will oversee the development, lifecycle, and strategic direction of the global product portfolio, including pricing, while driving profitability. You'll lead a team of experts across Europe, the US, and Asia, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products are ready to win in the market.

Your Responsibilities:

- Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute the 5-Year Business Plan for our global product portfolio. Drive product line strategies, roadmap creation, and lifecycle management, from development to end-of-life.
- Pricing & Profitability: Develop value-based pricing strategies and global pricing guidelines. Lead initiatives to boost profitability across the product range.
- Product Launch Excellence: Organize impactful launch campaigns, including sales kits, sampling strategies, and regional marketing stock coordination. Ensure successful ramp-up with Sales and Application Centers.
- Promotion of Existing Products: Lead targeted campaigns for key product ranges. Monitor effectiveness and continuously improve sales tools.
- Sustainable Innovation: Champion sustainable products and certifications. Collaborate with R&D and Industrialization to embed technical and feedstock innovations into product strategy.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitive landscape and customer needs to inform product strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.

This role can be carried out from one of our facilities : in France (Saint-Fons), Germany (at Leuna), in Italy (at Arco or Cesano Maderno), following DOMO's flexible work framework.

How You Will Get There:

You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, and bring at least 10 years of experience in product management, pricing, or business development. You also demonstrate:

- Proven success in global product strategy and lifecycle management
- Experience in sustainable product development and certification
- Strong project and transformation leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and product management platforms
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher); other languages are a plus
