Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Java Technical Lead to join our team and play a critical role in maintenance and developing innovative solutions for our clients. In this position, you'll work closely with Head of Intranet & Corporate Website, product managers, engineers, IT team, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

Who You Are:

You are a Java JEE (Versions 8/11 and above) expert. Frameworks: Spring (MVC, Boot, Security, Data, Batch, etc.), Struts, Hibernate. Application servers: Apache, Tomcat. Tools: Git, Gitlab, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, SVN, Jenkins, Maven, etc.

- You are a ReactJS.
- You are familiar with AWS or AZURE.
- And you are used to working in an agile environment.
- You have good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CAST, JWT, MuleSoft, API architecture, etc. would be a plus.

What You'll Do:

- Contributing to the design and development of applications.

- Designing and building the technical platforms enabling the development, integration or deployment of the solution.
- Being responsible for software quality on an end-to-end project.
- Implementing, promoting and coaching team members on best development practices and technical excellence.
- Facilitating interactions between technical and business teams, as well as with the client.
- Web application development.
- Be a driving force for continuous improvement and innovation experimentation.
- Data & Machine Learning projects.

What You'll Need:

- At least 3 years of experience in software development.
- Good knowledge of Java, Spring, ReactJS, Application servers.
- Fluent in English and French (Italian will be a plus).

Where You'll Work: In our HQ, Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
