Role Overview
The Project Manager will play a key role in the technical enablement and coordination of cross-functional teams as our Cloud products transition to continuous delivery. This role is responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives and enabling technical teams, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting the ERP Business Unit by participating in or leading various projects as required. - Actively support and facilitate the transformation of cloud product delivery through technical enablement, ensuring a smooth transition across teams.
- Track and report on KPIs related to SDMO product performance, delivery efficiency, and quality outcomes.
- Analyse data from various internal systems (e.g., JIRA, Power BI, APIs) to establish reporting and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in or lead projects within the ERP Business Unit, adapting to business needs and priorities.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Experience
- Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Bac +5 or equivalent).
- Experience in technical project coordination, preferably in software delivery or ERP environments.
- Familiarity with Cloud deployment strategies and quality improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with automation tools, reporting platforms (Power BI), and project management software (JIRA, Confluence).
