Role Overview

As Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving Daesang's growth in France. You'll support the launch and expansion of our Korean food brands, strengthen partnerships with existing clients, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams across Europe and Korea.

This is a dynamic position for someone who's motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of an international team bringing authentic Korean flavors to the French market. This role includes regular travel within France to meet customers, prospect new accounts, and grow brand visibility beyond Paris - especially in regional cities and key food industry hubs.

Main Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and secure entry into retail, ethnic, food service, and B2B channels across France.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in France.
- Process orders and prepare commercial documentation (quotes, PI, CI, etc.).
- Proactively share product updates and ensure clients receive accurate, timely information.
- Contribute to business development efforts and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and update sales materials, including presentations and product catalogues.
- Maintain product data (descriptions, specifications, images) in relevant systems.
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
- Coordinate communication and operations between clients, Daesang Europe, and HQ in South Korea.
- Perform other related duties based on evolving business needs.

What We Offer

- 25 days of paid leave per year
- Hybrid work option (1 remote day per week after 3-month probation)
- €15 daily lunch allowance
- 50% reimbursement of public transport (Pass Navigo)

- Annual gross salary: €35,000 - €45,000
- Initial contract: 12-month CDD

Profile We're Looking For

- Proven experience in sales or account coordination, ideally in the food industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Willingness to travel within France to meet clients and prospects
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English (Korean or another language is a plus).
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ideally, familiarity with Exact or SAP.
- Fully authorized to work in France.
- A genuine enthusiasm for Korean cuisine and food culture.
