Backend Developer H/F Adoc Talent Management

Our client is a MedTech startup developing an AI-powered MR surgical navigator that will allow surgeons to quickly generate 3D models from a patient's diagnostic imaging scans. This immersive mixed-reality technology will be used for education, diagnosis and treatment planning.

In order to accelerate the development of their solution, they are looking for a Backend Developer with experience in server-side languages, cloud services and database technology to develop and maintain the backend for the XR medical communication SaaS solution.

Your tasks

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable serverless applications using Node.js and AWS Lambda, building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices with AWS API Gateway.
- Implement AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, SNS, and SQS for data storage, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment using GitHub Actions.
- Work closely with the Frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Maintain and enhance system infrastructure to support functionality

Your profile

- Experience in backend development with Node.js and Typescript
- Experience with AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda for serverless architecture, and development tools such as Git, Swagger.
- Experience with AWS RDS for relational databases, DynamoDB for NoSQL, S3 for object storage.
- Experience in ORMs (Object-relational mapping) like Prisma, Sequelize or TypeORM for database management.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress
- Fluent in English is mandatory, bilingual ideally

Assets:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Experience in database design (UML, diagramming tools)
- Experience with AWS SNS and SQS for messaging and event-driven architectures.
