You will be a key player in the daily support of our legal team, addressing various issues in a dynamic and international environment.

As an intern, you will be responsible for several legal tasks primarily related to e-commerce regulations and online platforms. You will be involved in topics such as consumer law, commercial law, and contract law. Additionally, depending on needs, you may also address issues related to legal operations, intellectual property, personal data protection (GDPR), and business law.

What You'll Do

As a Legal Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action! You will have the opportunity to:

- Manage Pre-litigation and Litigation: You will assist the legal team in managing consumer disputes across all countries where ManoMano operates, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution of cases.

- Communicate with Authorities: You will be responsible for responding to inquiries from national authorities regarding the safety of products sold on the platform, thereby helping to ensure the compliance of our practices.

- Draft and Improve Internal Processes: You will participate in the development of standard legal documents (template contracts, termination letters, etc.) and in the establishment of new processes to enhance the team's efficiency .thanks to AI. The creation of a legal chatbot will be part of your assignments.

- Conduct Legal Monitoring: You will carry out ongoing monitoring of regulatory developments impacting ManoMano's activities and draft summary notes to inform teams about new legislation or specific issues.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a student in Master 2 (Bac +5) with a specialization in Digital Law, Business Law, or Consumer Law. Additional knowledge in intellectual property and personal data protection would be an asset.

- You are comfortable in French and have a good level of English, both written and spoken.
- You demonstrate rigor, organization, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- You are curious, enjoy working in a team, and have a genuine desire to contribute to the development of an innovative and international company.
