Solution Architect H/F Uni Systems

What do you need to succeed in this position?

- Master's degree (or equivalent) plus 9+ years of IT experience
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior IT Architect in large-scale, complex IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, system integration, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Expertise in Java-based distributed systems, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift), and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in server architecture, Linux and Windows environments, IP-based networking, and shared storage solutions.
- Experience with REST, gRPC, JSON, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, security by design principles, and industry best practices.
- Ability to innovate and stay current with emerging technologies and architectural patterns.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Desirable:

- Experience working in EU or international IT agencies.
- Knowledge of high-security, mission-critical systems.
- Exposure to enterprise-wide governance and compliance frameworks.
