- Experience in analysis data and background on Technical Projects
- Education Background: degree in Engineering/ Statistic/ Mathematics 3/5 years / Statistic Specialist Certificate
- Strong analysis experience and capability
- Ability to represent findings in understandable documents
- Math and statistical skill to estimate numerical data
- Good verbal and written communications
- SQL language
- Language Capabilities
- Identify early warning trends highlighting areas of improvement
- Inform Management of critical areas or misalignments from data analysis
- Investigates directly with operational teams any criticalities
- Monitor activity KPIs, update daily report about dealers' performances
- Produce new reports for technical concerns and new critical trends and technical issues
- Cluster cases on the systems to identify workload by area / technical concern
