Main Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the site quality management system in accordance with project QA/QC plans and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications.
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure that non-conformities are properly documented, analyzed, and corrected.
- Prepare and maintain all quality documentation required for project handover and closeout.
- Promote a strong quality culture and provide training to site personnel when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in QA/QC management on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.) and QA/QC procedures.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) ; knowledge of [French/Arabic/Spanish] is an asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant QA/QC software tools.
