PRODUCT MANAGER - CDI

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join the Global Marketing team of Swarovski in our mission to develop the new Swarovski Fragrance License at Coty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Product Manager, you will be at the heart of brand creation - where ideas turn into concepts and products come to life.
Working in a fast-paced, inspiring environment and reporting to a Marketing Manager, you will help build an innovative fragrance segment for Swarovski, integrated within a leading global beauty company.

You will support the implementation of the global marketing plan, monitor performance, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure the success of future product launches -contributing to the legacy of the Masters of Light.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will lead the execution of the marketing strategy, driving product launches, brand activations, and campaigns worldwide:

- Support 360° marketing plan development - including communication, animation, merchandising, visibility, and training initiatives.

- Ensure seamless project management - coordinating internal stakeholders, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Digital, and Supply teams to guarantee flawless execution.

- Analyse performance metrics (sales, stock, market share) to identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers.

- Conduct competitive analysis and trend monitoring to uncover insights and fuel innovation.

- Prepare marketing assets and presentations, including launch decks and communication materials.

- Support the preparation of presentations, launch materials, and communication tools.

About You

You are ready to grow your career in global marketing and bring creativity, curiosity, and collaboration to everything you do.

You also:

- Hold a Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac +4/5) in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

- Have initial experience (internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role) in Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of brand dynamics, distribution channels, and commercial performance drivers.

- Are passionate about beauty, both innovative and detail-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.

- Thrive as a motivated team player, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.

- Exhibit critical thinking, creativity, and a strong sense of initiative.

- Communicate fluently in French and English (both written and spoken).
