Relevez ce défi en rejoignant l'équipe RSC-AI, le hub central reliant les lignes métiers RSC, les outils et les équipes de développement.En tant que AI Project Owner, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour transformer des idées en solutions d'IA industrialisées, en orchestrant la collaboration entre les parties prenantes métiers, les responsables d'outils et l'équipe Digital Services. Vous rejoindrez une équipe d'AI Product Owners gérant un backlog global couvrant l'ensemble des besoins RSC. Votre focus principal sera RSC-Operations (Industrialisation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), tout en contribuant à la stratégie IA globale et en favorisant la réutilisation des solutions dans l'organisation. Vous serez le chef d'orchestre, reliant vision métier, faisabilité technique et intégration dans nos environnements industriels
Ce que vous ferez

Recueillir et analyser les besoins : organiser des ateliers et des interviews avec les équipes métiers (priorité sur RSC-Operations et leurs équipes Méthodes & Outils) pour identifier les points de douleur et les opportunités IA, en agissant comme proxy pour réduire la dépendance aux référents. Collecter les critères de valeur (gains attendus, ROI) pour prioriser les cas d'usage.
Évaluer la faisabilité & Make or Buy : tester des approches IA sur des jeux de données représentatifs pour sécuriser les solutions avant industrialisation. Être à l'aise avec Python, les bibliothèques de données et les principes IA pour valider les choix.
Traduire en spécifications claires : rédiger un cahier des charges structuré en Capacités, Fonctionnalités et critères d'acceptation, prêt pour le développement par Digital Services.
Collaborer avec l'équipe de développement : suivre le développement des solutions, arbitrer les compromis techniques et itérer pour garantir l'alignement avec les besoins métiers.
Piloter l'intégration : définir la stratégie d'intégration dans les outils métiers ou via des interfaces web, en coordination avec les référents outils.
Suivre l'impact et l'adoption : mettre en place des KPI, analyser l'usage et contribuer à l'amélioration continue.
Être acteur de la stratégie IA : promouvoir une approche responsable et éthique alignée avec la stratégie globale d'Alstom, et challenger les demandes pour proposer la solution la plus pertinente (IA ou simple automatisation).

Ce que nous recherchons

Leadership collaboratif : capacité à animer des ateliers et faciliter la communication entre équipes métiers et techniques, en simplifiant et adaptant les concepts pour différents niveaux techniques et branches RSC.
Expérience en Product/Project Ownership : gestion de bout en bout de solutions IA ou data avec forte interaction métier.
Compétences techniques : compréhension des principes IA (ML, Deep Learning), des architectures et des contraintes industrielles ; maîtrise de Python et du traitement de données pour les analyses de faisabilité.
Expertise métier : connaissance des processus d'industrialisation, supply chain et manufacturing, ainsi que des outils associés.

Langues : français et anglais courants.

Your future role

Do you want to be at the heart of digital transformation and bring AI solutions to life? Take on this challenge by joining the RSC-AI team, the central hub connecting RSC business lines, tools and development teams.As an AI Project Owner, you will play a key role in turning ideas into industrialised AI solutions, orchestrating collaboration between business stakeholders, tool owners and the Digital Services team. You will join a team of AI Product Owners managing a global backlog covering all RSC needs. Your primary focus will be RSC-Operations (Industrialisation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), while contributing to the overall AI strategy and promoting solution reuse across the organisation. You will act as the conductor, bridging business vision, technical feasibility and integration into our industrial environments.
What you will do

Capture and analyse needs: organise workshops and interviews with business teams (with priority on RSC-Operations and their Methods & Tools teams) to identify pain points and AI opportunities, acting as a proxy for business and tools to reduce dependency on referents. Collect value criteria (expected gains, ROI) to prioritise use cases.
Assess feasibility & Make or Buy: test AI approaches on representative datasets to de-risk solutions before industrialisation. Be comfortable with Python, data libraries and AI principles to validate choices.
Translate into clear specifications: draft a Requirement Book structured into Capabilities, Features and acceptance criteria, ready for development by Digital Services.
Work closely with the development team: monitor solution development, arbitrate technical trade-offs and iterate to ensure alignment with business needs.
Drive integration: define the integration strategy into business tools or via web interfaces, in coordination with tool referents.
Monitor impact and adoption: set up KPIs, analyse usage and contribute to continuous improvement.
Be an active player in AI strategy: promote a responsible, ethical approach aligned with Alstom's global strategy, and challenge requests to propose the most relevant solution (AI or simple automation).

What we are looking for

Collaborative leadership: ability to lead workshops and facilitate communication between business and technical teams, simplifying and adapting concepts for different RSC branches and technical levels.
Product/Project Ownership experience: end-to-end management of AI or data solutions with strong business interaction.
Technical skills: understanding of AI principles (ML, Deep Learning), architectures and industrial constraints; proficiency in Python and data handling for feasibility analysis.
Business expertise: familiarity with industrialisation, supply chain and manufacturing processes, as well as associated tools.

Languages: fluent French and English.
