Responsable Stratégie Médicale H/F Bayer

Position: Major Tasks 1. Strategic contribution : * To be the reference with global teams and to collaborate on the medical strategy by providing strong input and French needs & specifities if any * Responsible and accountable for driving the local medical and brand strategy, by using local field insights and partnering with both local cross-functional teams, * Responsible and accountable for using cross-functional information to create medical multichannel campaigns: includingcontent development, multichannel strategy and the customer journey. * Responsible and accountable for driving a strategic partnership with local cross-functional teams and aligned with the strategy defined. * Accountable for aligning evidence generation with medical and brand strategy; including ensuring proper alignment for defining the scope of potential Observational Studies (OS) and Investigator Initiated Research (IIR). * Development of innovative medical services to supportthe patient journey, in line with the strategy. 2. Data collection, analysis and interpretation: * Accountable for providing medical support to clinical trial teams on subjects related to interventional clinical trials including feasibility & initiation visits. * Accountable and responsible for managing study-related medical activities for Interventional Post-Approval Trials (IPAT), Observational Studies (OS) and Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) as locally required. * Responsible and accountable for reviewing and interpreting analytics and relevant field insights to optimize and manage medical content and adapt the evidence generation plan (e.g. in National Advisory boards). 3. Managing external relationships: * Responsible and accountable for fostering Medical Affairs relationships and creating scientific synergies with Thought Leaders and external stakeholder groups e.g. healthcare organizations, medical societies, research groups, patientgroups, and in support for government/ regulatory institutions. * To represent the Medical Department during internal and external events. * Responsible for reporting external stakeholder engagement activities in Veeva Medical CRM. 4. Internal support: * Responsible and accountable for providing medical support on internal projects e.g. pre-launch activities, access and reimbursement processes, dossier development, commercial campaigns etc. * Actively support the local organization on the identification and treatment of risks associated with the product. * Responsible for aligning with internal functions to review Summary of Product Characteristics responsibilities including translations and updates. * Responsible and accountable for proactively ensuring that Bayer medical activities are in-line with relevant guidelines, regulations and legislations. * Responsible for providing scientific education and training to cross-functional partners (e.g. Sales and Marketing, access ) on product data, therapeutic area knowledge, local clinical operations and clinical development studies.
