Your responsibilities:
· Preparation and production of pitch books mainly for corporate clients as well as PE clients in liaison with other business lines
· Financial modelling, including cash flow analysis & financial projections
· Due diligence, primary risk assessment, analysis of transactions, preparation of credit applications, analysis of returns using internal profitability tools
· Execution of financing transactions (due diligence, structuring, negotiations, termsheets and legal documentation, support to syndication/sales team for distribution...)
· Analysis of companies' business model, capital structure, financial policy
