Internship - One Way And Interchange Officer H/F CMA CGM

YOUR ROLE

As part of the Logistics Department, you will be involved in monitoring and managing short-term rental contracts and their associated containers.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Within the Logistics Department, you may be responsible for:

- identifying and managing the process of returning short-term rental containers to their owners.
- maintaining and developing the platform we use to manage "One Way" containers.
- maintaining and developing Qlick Sens tools.

In this context, you will be required to work on cross-functional projects. You will publish daily and weekly documents and regularly compile statistics that you are able to analyze.

You will monitor the performance of SSC (Shared Service Center) agents on a weekly basis. You will participate in the deployment and maintenance of existing tools and make suggestions for their improvement.

You will be in contact with agents around the world, SSC teams in India, various members of the Logistics department in Marseille, and partners (suppliers, shipping lines, third parties).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Currently in your final year of engineering school, business school, or a Master's degree with a specialization in logistics, you have already completed an internship in the same field, ideally abroad.

You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French. You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel. You are comfortable learning new computer software.

Your interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, team spirit, and ability to synthesize information will enable you to succeed in this position.
