Your
missions :
The Quality Control and Assurance Manager is responsible for
investigating quality issues, identifying their root causes and implementing
solutions to improve the robustness of tests and the quality of products. The
goal is to streamline investigations, strengthen quality standards and drive
continuous improvement in testing and inspection.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the General Manager, you will work alongside
laboratories, the Regulatory Affairs department, the Supply Chain department,
and other teams to oversee quality control and assurance activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Quality Control and Assurance activities ensuring full
compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements specific to the animal
health industry.
- Manage lead times and schedules for
finished products, in-process control, raw materials, stability studies, test
services, and special projects.
- Define, track, and report key
performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time product release and deviation
trends
- Establish and maintain the QC
master schedule in collaboration with internal and external laboratories.
- Ensure compliance with analytical
schedules, anticipate workload peaks, and prioritize testing to maintain
efficient production flows.
- Work cross-functionally with
Production, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, R&D, and Technical teams to
ensure quality consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and optimize laboratory
resources, equipment utilization, and analytical method performance to improve
efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain and continuously improve
documentation systems, SOPs, and training programs in alignment with GMP and
corporate quality standards.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team
members to strengthen technical expertise and leadership capability.
- Support technology transfers,
validation, and new product introduction projects ensuring analytical readiness
and regulatory compliance.
Your
profile :
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry,
Biology, or Veterinary Medicine (Master's degree is an asset).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in
Quality Control/Assurance roles in the pharmaceutical or animal health
industry.
- Proven experience with GMP, ISO
standards, and regulatory audits.
- Strong knowledge of analytical
methods and data integrity principles.
- Excellent leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (both written
and spoken).
- Team-oriented mindset with the
ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
