Define and execute the global marketing and product development strategy to strengthen brand positioning in the luxury fragrance segment. Lead end-to-end product development: from concept creation and olfactory development to packaging, launch plan, and lifecycle management. Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present launch results to executive leadership with insights making recommendations for next steps Manage launch calendars and budgets to ensure profitability and operational excellence. Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering creativity, agility, and brand advocacy. Liaise with all teams to ensure narrative consistency on every touchpoints 10 years' relevant experience in Cosmetics/Beauty product development and global marketing Strong ability to innovation, creation and to think out of a frame Knowledge of global consumer trends and socio-cultural climates. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
