International Desk Assistant M - F H/F Crédit Agricole CIB

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Brazil as a International Desk Assistant.

You will join the PAI ("Pôle d´Accompagnement International") unit - International Desk Latin America, based in São Paulo inside Crédit Agricole CIB Brazil.
PAI offers to the corporate clients of Crédit Agricole Group (mainly from Regional Banks, LCL, Pôle ETI and BPI) information, advice and services related to the international development in Latin America,, including a privileged access to the services and networks of CACIB Brazil and/or partner banks in the region.

Your concrete missions will be the following:
Latin America Desk :
- Enhance the database for each of the main countries in the area covered by the delegation (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Panama).
- Communicate this information to the various banks in the Crédit Agricole Group network, particularly in France, at their request.
- Maintain contact with partner banks to obtain specific information concerning account openings.
Commercial Banking :
- Assist the Desk Manager in communication and commercial relations with customers and prospects.
- Know the different products offered by the Bank, their characteristics and requirements.
- Develop financial projections
- Monitor the financial situation of corporate customers
- Under the supervision of the Manager, negotiate and conclude transactions with customers

Compliance & reporting

To be eligible for a VIE:
Be less than 28 years old
Be postgraduate of a Master degree
Be EU citizen
