Within the French Operational Marketing department, reporting to the French Marketing Division, you will assist product managers in the roll-out of campaigns and operations and contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies for both pharmacies/parapharmacies and perfumeries.

What does this internship involve?
Working across different departments, your tasks will include:

Rolling out campaigns and cycles:

- Creating sales pitches for the sales force

- Helping to design POS advertising and campaign/cycle tools (target groups, displays, publications, sales tools, etc.): calling for tenders from suppliers, briefing the studio, approving designs, monitoring production, etc.

- Participating in the organisation of seminars and trade shows

- Participating in the development and implementation of Monoprix podiums and trade shows for groups and brands

- Participating in the evaluation of campaigns alongside product managers (compilation of results, statistical analysis, etc.)

Monitoring the implementation of trade agreements with our distributors (pharmacies and retailers):

- Monitoring and managing trade operations with groups

- Monitoring the installation of TG displays as part of commercial agreements

- Monitoring the implementation of commercial conditions via matrices

- Create and update planograms in accordance with agreements with groups/retailers on IWD: update per cycle based on new products/launches

Cross-functional tasks:

- Actively support the marketing department in relation to the sales force

- Create product codes in conjunction with the supply chain

- Manage stock

- Analyse competitive intelligence in the field and on the website

You will be in regular contact with the company's various departments: creative studio, international trade marketing, sales administration, supply chain, regulatory affairs, training & events, and digital.

Required skills for this position:

- You are pursuing a higher education degree (4 or 5 years of study) at a business school or university.

- You have a keen interest in marketing and a strong awareness of the cosmetics industry.

- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
