Group Senior Engineer M - IT Endpoint Management H/F Octapharma

The position will be filled in eitherVienna (Austria), Lachen (Switzerland), Stockholm (Sweden) or Lingolsheim (France).

Your main tasks and responsibilities

- Design and devolpment of endpoint-related solutions and device of management platforms
- Review and oversee the teams demand, intake from the business through project softwares and ticketing systems
- Participate in the design and development of features and systems, from initial architecture through implementation and post-deployment support
- Collaborate with other platform teams to ensure successful deployment of deliverables needed
- Troubleshoot and Provide Tier 3 support to resolve complex technical issues related to endpoint systems and infrastructure

Your expertise and ideal skill set

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Technical Certifcation courses in IT
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in providing IT technical support or administering IT systems
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and On Prem Endpoint systems
- Knowledge of mobile devices, desktop systems, IoT devices and other connected assets
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong prioritization, problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills

The minimum gross salary according to the austrian collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4,270.14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
