Your role at Dynatrace

Are you passionate about both software engineering and leadership? As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer and Team Captain, you'll guide a talented team while actively contributing to our codebase in the field of - specifically focusing on (threat detection, forensics, and incident response).

Your team will develop automatic detection use cases by leveraging combined security and observability datasets, ingested into Dynatrace . This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in cybersecurity while fostering collaboration and innovation.

What will you do?

- Lead and inspire an agile team of Software Engineers.
- Actively contribute to the codebase using Java, TypeScript and React.
- Foster an open, collaborative team environment and ensure effective communication.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their personal and professional growth.
- Drive team performance, motivation, and collaboration.
- Participate in recruitment activities, including conducting interviews.
- Identify and resolve team challenges to ensure smooth operations.

What will help you succeed

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in Java.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a software development environment.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a commitment to fostering growth within your
team
- Interest in working with TypeScript and React.
- A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Enthusiasm for the cybersecurity domain and a desire to work on cutting-edge projects.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience
